Unprocessed foodstuffs import dirt to the city

EDITOR: Many people complain about Kampala being a dirty city. Stand on any street in Kampala and you will see many items being ferried into the city. Many unprocessed foodstuffs are the cause of this dirt.
EDITOR: Many people complain about Kampala being a dirty city. Stand on any street in Kampala and you will see many items being ferried into the city. Many unprocessed foodstuffs are the cause of this dirt.
There are also people with the bad habit of spitting everywhere, throwing used plastic water bottles, food covers, etc. Many people are so irresponsible that they cannot carry back the refuse they brought to the city but will just toss it around to wait for the cleaner!
It is my prayer that a law be put in place to charge people who bring unprocessed goods to town and and those who deliberately litter the streets. If this is done I am sure there will be a difference.
