The NRM with the majority seats in Parliament also has the largest number of independents! It is worse news to learn that the ethics and integrity minister James Nsaba Buturo, has has also boarded the independents' bandwagon! As ethics and integrity minister, Buturo should lead by example.

What moral authority would he have to head that ministry? Charity begins at home and Nsaba Buturo should be advising independents against flouting party constitutions and regulations. I hope he will take my advice and jump off the wagon before it gathers speed and it carts him off to an unknown destination.
