KAMPALA — The controversial UPDF deputy sports director, Capt. Moses Kabusenene, has been removed from Mulago Hospital and returned to prison.

KAMPALA — The controversial UPDF deputy sports director, Capt. Moses Kabusenene, has been removed from Mulago Hospital and returned to prison. He had not been discharged by the hospital. His family members said on Tuesday that armed men from the Military Police picked Kabusenene from his hospital bed in Ward 6B last Saturday.
