KAMPALA — All is set for the Makerere University 42nd graduation ceremony on 17th January, but President Yoweri Museveni will not preside nor attend it.
KAMPALA — All is set for the Makerere University 42nd graduation ceremony on 17th January, but President Yoweri Museveni will not preside nor attend it. University officials said the Vice chancellor, Professor John Ssebuwufu, whose contract has been extended for the second time up to June, would preside over the ceremony. The University Council recently extended Ssebuwufu’s contract.
