IN addition to the KKL and the Jinja-based TOTAL Nile Academy, a new talent-searching organisation is to be launched this Saturday.

Uganda Juniors League, which solicited and gained approval from Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has been organised for children between the ages of 4-14 and will involve both boys and girls.

The league, which has already attracted teams like Rwenzori United, City Wolves and Victoria Sharks, will offer different disciplines apart from soccer including swimming, basketball, tennis, cricket among others.
According to the project co-ordinator, Agnes Konde, the league aims to promote cross-cultural development among children world wide while spotting, nurturing and exposing the available talent from youngters.

Details about the league and what it has on offer can be accessed from their web site on www.leaguelineup.com/ujl.
The league was conceived as a concept to occupy children transported by Franchar School Bus Services.
