Gulu — The Police have arrested the Pabbo LC3 chairman, Christopher Ojera, in connection with obtaining sh30,000 from George Okene, a teacher at Gulu High School.
Gulu — The Police have arrested the Pabbo LC3 chairman, Christopher Ojera, in connection with obtaining sh30,000 from George Okene, a teacher at Gulu High School. Ojera was arrested in the town on Monday by the officer in-charge of crime, Stephen Kamanyire. He appeared before Chief Magistrate Silver Cohens Okullo and was remanded for 14 days. Ojera was first arrested in September 2002 and detained at Pabbo Police Post before he escaped.
