KABAROLE – The District Service Commission has appointed Tadeo Balisanga, the Community -Based Services Officer, to act as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
KABAROLE – The District Service Commission has appointed Tadeo Balisanga, the Community -Based Services Officer, to act as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The appointment ends a week’s crisis of funds due to the absence of a CAO to sign cheques. The former CAO, Cyril Kwemara, was suspended by the Public Accounts Committee due to lack of qualifications.
