KAMPALA — Three men who broke into the stores of Uganda Securiko Holding in Industrial Area and allegedly stole sh28m, appeared before Makindye Court and denied the charges. Badru Kavuma, Alfred Ovaya, and a former student of Noor Secondary School, Nuru Namugonwa conspired with Alex Okethi, the guard and stole the property of J. B Semwogerere.

Chopper case back in court
KAMPALA — The State has completed investigations into the controversial chopper crash story case against two editors and a reporter of The Monitor. State Attorney Jane Kajuga yesterday asked Buganda Road Court Chief Magistrate Frank Othembi to fix a hearing date for the case. They are accused of publishing false news and information prejudicial to national security.
