Bakoko tips workers
KAMPALA – The Minister of Labour, Gender and Social Development, Zoe Bakoko Bakoru, has said recognizing long-serving workers would bring morale among the young civil servants. She was addressing Mulago hospital workers at an end of year party recently.

Kayunga gets sh358m
KAYUNGA – The district has received sh358m from the Government through the District Water and Sanitation Development Conditional Grant. The district water officer, William Sebbaale, said the money would be used to construct bore holes.

Nayiga advises girls
KAYUNGA – State minister for the elderly and disabilities Florence Sekabira Nayiga has warned teenage girls to avoid idleness saying it could expose them to temptations. The minister said this while officiating at the closing of a girls’ conference at Kayunga Power Church recently. She advised them to spend leisure time reading books and playing games.
