THE Parliamentary Local Government Accounts Committee on Friday sent away with stern warning the Moroto deputy chief administrative officer (CAO) and chief finance officer over submitting a forged document.
MPs said one of the documents fowarded for examination had no signature and could be forged.
They gave Aloysius Aloka, the deputy CAO and Moses Aleper, the financial officer, two weeks to report back and answer queries raised in the Auditor General’s year 1999 report.
MPs also summoned the chairperson of the district Public Accounts Committee and the resident auditor over similar questions. Ends
