Wembley case dismissed
KAMPALA — The Constitutional Court recently dismissed as incompetent, a petition that was challenging the Operation Wembley as unconstitutional. Justices, Laetitia Kikonyogo, A. Bahigeine, J. Berko, S. Engwau and C. Kitumba, ruled unanimously.

KAMPALA — A Trial judge on Thursday ordered immediate medical attention for a suspect on defilement charges. Justice Moses Mukiibi suspended hearing of the case on grounds of the failing health of the accused, Eriab Muyomba. He had trouble breathing.
