The return of Simba’s David Kalungi and URA’s David Kiwanuka will have an influence in today’s Nile Special Super League encounters.
Rivalry between former colleagues turned adversaries Sam Timbe and George Ssemwogerere will be an added driving force.
The duo were one in Masaka’s dream start to the season until two months ago when Timbe joined Simba FC.
And in their first meeting ever since the departure, everyone will be fighting to prove his tactical superiority.
Both teams are coming off narrow 0-1 losses at the hands of Express in their last encounters and will be looking to improve their table positions.
In Simba, the re-emergence of top marksman Kalungi will boost the striking line. But former Masaka stars Ronald Serumagga, Jimmy Sewankambo and Yusuf Ssesanga will give Timbe an added advantage as ex-insiders of Masaka.
But despite all this, Ssemwogerere believes that he has the right remedy to Simba’s apparent advantage.
“Just pressurise them so that they error,” he said of the winning formula.

URA coach Jackson Mayanja must watch Iganga’s Henry Okubasu, who has rediscovered his scoring touch.
Coming off three consecutive draws, the table leaders have to contend with the fast paced striker and also pray that Kiwanuka, Godfrey Ssali and Hamisi Kitagenda prove successful in the club’s search for goals.
Meanwhile, NFLC has put off all matches involving URA, Express, Police and Villa to give the national team ample time to train ahead of their second Africa Nations clash with Rwanda March 29.
