LWEMIYAGA MP Theodore Ssekikuubo has blasted the Director General of the External Security Organisation (ESO) David Pulkol saying he is a ‘warmonger and anarchist’.
Ssekikuubo, in an impromptu statement to Parliament on Thursday, charged that Pulkol was instigating hostilities between Uganda and Rwanda.
“He (Pulkol) is a typical and true warmonger and anarchist. He is pitting allies against each other,†Ssekikubo told Parliament presided over by Speaker Edward Ssekandi.
Ssekikubo was one of the MPs who recently visited Kigali and met UPDF renegade officers Samson Mande and Lt. Col. Anthony Kyakabaale.
