Kiprop, 18, clocked 22 minutes 49 seconds, finishing two seconds behind Kenya’s Eliud Kipchoge at the La Boye race course.
Kiprop and teammates, Boniface Kiprop, Isaac Kiprop, James Kibet, Moses Kipsiro and Martin Kiplimo also won their fourth consecutive team bronze medal behind giants Kenya and Ethiopia respectively. Ends
