APAC — The Agency for Promoting sustainable Development Initiatives, a local NGO based in the district, recently donated 15,000kgs of improved seeds and 1,000 hoes worth to over one thousand households affected by the Lord’s resistance Army rebellion in Minakulu sub-county.
