KABALE – The LC5 vice-chairman, Silver Baguma, has asked NGOs to declare their budgets and work plans or quit.
KABALE – The LC5 vice-chairman, Silver Baguma, has asked NGOs to declare their budgets and work plans or quit. He told a recent meeting of over 30 NGO’s at Rukiiko Hall that they were wondering what some NGO’s were doing and threatened to hunt down the brief case ones.
