Nigerian stars for filmfest
PARIS — A star-studded cast of actresses hailing from Australia to China to Nigeria are to turn out at next month’s Cannes film festival, the official sponsors of the event, L’Oreal Paris, have said. And Chinese megastar Gong Li, along with Nigerian beauty queen Agbani Darego — Miss World 2001 — and French actress Judith Godreche will attend the closing ceremony.

U.S. media reports said Monday. Zeta-Jones, 33, gave birth Sunday morning to Carys Zeta Douglas in a New Jersey hospital not far from the pair’s New York residence, a spokeswoman for the Hollywood power couple said.
