Kobil Uganda has reduced prices of its fuel products by sh20. The cut off took effect yesterday.

In Kampala, their petrol costs sh1,720 per litre, down from sh1,740, diesel is down to sh1,480 from sh1,500 and kerosene is at sh1,300 from sh1,320.

Upcountry prices have gone down by sh20 as well, the retail manger, Joseph Kisembo, said.

“The fall is the result of international prices dropping. If there are further reductions, we will pass them on to our customers,” Kisembo said yesterday.

The war in Iraq hiked prices internationally.
