ONE of the aspiring candidates in the Lira district LC5 by-election, Levi Okodi Macpio, has said he will pitch camp in Otuke county if elected, to oversee the security in the area.
In an interview recently, Okodi, a former Member of Parliament and Constituency Assembly delegate of Dokolo county, said security had eluded the district because the past leaders had not liaised with the Central Government to protect people and their property.
