SIR— We students of the Uganda Christian University, Mukono, can’t deny that the university has policies and that we should abide by them. However, for some of us our parents pass through hard times finding the fees.

Each parent who brings a student up to university has hope for the future in that student. If we all had money at the right time, we would always pay it in time. We beg the university administration to let us register this semester.
