ADJUMANI – The district assistant CAO, Habib Abubakar, has asked the Uganda Red Cross Society (URCS) to fund the branch governing board and have a structure in place. Abubakar, who is also the district URCS chairman, made the call recently while officiating at URCS training workshop at the Community Centre. Ends
