As the second school term begins, Felix Okot, state minister for youth and children affairs in the Ministry of Gender (pictured), has urged children to be disciplined and concentrate on their studies.

In an interview with Children’s Vision at Parliament on Wednesday, the minister said, “I appeal to the children to make discipline, respect and determination the cornerstone of their lives. You should strictly adhere to the school regulations because success does not come
anyhow,” Okot pointed out.
