A ROW has erupted between Silver Springs Hotel Limited and Salama Springs Apartments over noise from the hotel at night.
Both are located on Old Port Bell Road, in Bugolobi, a Kampala suburb.
Salama Springs Apartments has petitioned Kampala City Council to save the tenants from the loud music played at night by the hotel.
Town Clerk Gordon Mwesigye said he had instructed Nakawa Division authorities to move in and impound the machines if it was proved that they were playing loud music.
Nakawa Division town clerk Stephen Higobero said he instructed the operations department to monitor the situation and take immediate action.
