Bugiri-based Old Timers FC struck twice to end Mbale Garage’s hopes of returning to the premier league in a quarter final soccer match of the Eastern regional promotional super mini-league at Bugiri playground.

In other quarter finals, George Bogere netted twice as Kamuli’s representatives Nabigaaga trounced Kumi Rangers 3-0, Jinja’s Budondo edged Tororo’s Pit Fire before and hosts Bugiri Medical earned a 2-1 victory over Nakaloke.
The final stages of the event have now remained a Zone Ten affair.
