SIR— I am dissatisfied with the services of the Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Ltd.
We the people of Kategula zone, Busabala Road and Najjanankumbi area, have suffered with frequent load-shedding during the day and at night, usually without notice.
I wonder what type of repairs these are which don’t end.
Everyday there must be load-shedding during the day and at night. Please clarify.
