Five weeks and eight housemates stand between one African and $100 000. It is now official. Viewers should brace themselves for a nail-biting, adrenaline pumping build-up.
Apparently, from Sunday August 17, Big Brother Africa plans to step up the pace, with both evictions and nominations taking place every Sunday.

On Sunday September 7, there will be four housemates left in the Randburg, Johannesburg-based Big Brother Africa house, and two will be evicted within the first hour of a two-hour live BBA show, M-Net has announced.

Those left in the House include our own Gaetano, South Africa’s Abigail “Abby” Plaatjes, Nigeria’s Bayo Adetomiwa and Namibia’s Stefan Ludhik, Zimbabwe’s Tapuwa Mhere, Zambia’s Cherise Makubale, Botswana’s Warona Masego and Tanzania’s Mwisho Mwampamba.

Back in the house it’s still all about cutting and sewing as the housemates, who have been invited to join in the Winter Collection of the Pret-a-Porter Fashion Week, work away at their task.

Gae and Abby are still keeping a low profile, while it looks like we shall never hear the last of Mwisho and Tapuwa’s flirtations. The man from Morogoro seems determined to get into Taps’ pants after all. Looks like this attraction could have something a little more to it than meets the eye.

The other night, Mwisho, who had been paired with Cherise on their fashion task could not resist the allure of Taps all by her self in the Jacuzzi. He abandoned the task for a piece of the fun. Cherise kept screaming for Mwisho to return, but it was obvious that Mwampamba, was in better company and preferred to stay where he was.
