THE National Social Security Fund dispute against a $8.8m award to Alcon International over contractual differences is to be decided very soon.
Justice Stella Arach Amoko of the Commercial Court recently told Alcon lawyers, Tumusiime, Kabega and Company Advocates that the judgement will be delivered before the end of this year.
In 2001 an arbitrator in Nairobi ruled for Alcon as costs for wrongful termination of the Workers House construction contract.
