THE probe team into the confusion that has stained local football met yesterday for the first time for two hours at Lugogo, but insisted they would only start work, after their terms of reference are fully defined.

“This is what was high on the agenda. We can not work without terms of reference and we are waiting for National Council of Sports to hand us this (today) before we settle down to start our work,” said probe chairman Stephen Kavuma after a closed meeting.

Other members on the probe are Lt. Col. Albert Kareba (former NCS member), Dr. Sentongo Kibalama (Dean at MUK), Geofrey Kihuguru (former MOSAC chairman) and Patrick Nyaika (director at UIA).
