ACTING Cranes coach Leo Adraa, was all smiles yesterday after he got a near-full house for his training.

Edgar Watson was the latest player to join camp, though they were still waiting for the Express duo of Bana Zidane and Hassan Mubiru.

“They told me that they will report in camp today (yesterday). We are waiting for them,” said Adraa.

Early this week, only six players had reported in camp, forcing FUFA to issue an ultimatum for them to report.

“Though the full team is expected to be of 25 players, 18 is not a bad number,” said Adraa.

Cranes are preparing for the World Cup/Africa Nations Cup qualifying match against Mauritius at Nakivubo on October 11.

KCC defender Ronald Apangu, together with Aloysius Lubega (Heroes), Kaaya Ausi (Police) and Zakariya Lubega (Top TV), were also summoned to boost Cranes campaign.

They will replace the trio of Gozanga Kasongo, Timothy Batabaire and Nestroy Kizito currently in Europe.
