The two sides will join ICC’s full member countries, Australia, Bagladesh, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies and Zimbabwe at the World summit.

Other countries that qualified for the 2004 U-19 World Cup include winners Ireland from Europe, Nepal from Asia, Canada from America, New Zealand and Scotland, who were runners up in the European qualifiers tournament.

Australia beat South Africa in the 2002 final.
