Hajji Haruna Ssemakula on Monday told the Nakawa Court that High Court Judge Patrick Tabaro was bribed to forge a judgement in favour of a company which was involved in a land dispute with him.

Ssemakula, proprietor of General Parts (U) Ltd, is charged with trespassing on a plot whi-ch Middle North Agencies Ltd claims to own.

Middle North sued KCC and Ssemakula over the plot. Ssemakula alleges that KCC gave Middle North a title after an agreement.

Ssemakula sued Middle North and Justice C. Okello nullified the title.

Ssemakula alleges that he failed to get the express order which the commissioner of lands and registration needed to rectify his title because it was reportedly missing.

He alleges that it was with Tabaro who was handling a case between Middle North and KCC over the same plot.

The case was adjourned to October 28.
