THE High Court in Mbarara has upheld a decision by Itendero-Kabwohe town council in Bushenyi to interdict its clerk, the Rev. Lauben Mugarura.
Court also ordered for investigation of allegations that he had stolen council funds.
Mugarura petitioned court last month after the council suspended him.
