LIRA — State minister for the elderly and disabilities Florence Naiga Sekabira said the Government was keen to promote quality education for children with disabilities. She was speaking during the International White Cane Day at Akii Bua Stadium recently.

RDC warns
APAC — The resident district commissioner, Drani Dradiga, has warned public officials against corruption. He was meeting district officials recently. He advised them to promote transparency and accountability.

EU donates
APAC — The youth have received a donation of six motorcycles from the European Union and the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. Youth and culture officer Samson Omwa said the cycles would be used to promote adolescent reproductive health programmes.
