In a statement it said Kapchorwa got (70), Soroti (127), Pallisa (107), Nebbi (107), Arua (218), Moyo (34) and Adjumani (26), Lira (189), Mbale (210), Gulu (146), Apac (137), Kitgum (150), Katakwi (98), Moroto (115), Kotido (121), Kumi (126), Bugiri (66), Busia (48), Tororo (96), Iganga (213), Jinja (65), Kamuli (160, Mukono (215), Kabale (140), Rukungiri (143), Luwero (160), Mubende (168), Kibaale (92) and Kiboga (85).
