THE outgoing Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, Livingstone Mpalanyi Nkoyooyo, has warned parents against fully sponsored foreign scholarships.

Nkoyooyo said some of the scholarships are meant to lure people into homosexuality.

“I would like to caution Ugandans who get fully sponsored courses not to fall prey in gay institutions. These people are too rich and expanding worldwide. They have universities and are now putting up primary schools,” he said.

Nkoyooyo was bidding farewell to Christians at Nateete Martyrs church, Kampala.
Recently, the American diocese of New Hampshire consecrated the first gay bishop, Gene Robinson and the Church of Uganda vowed to cut links with the diocese.
