He was presiding over an agricultural show at Bugerere recently.

ALL local authorities will be online next year, the secretary general of the Uganda Local Authorities Association, Raphael Magezi, has said.
He told members at a workshop on conflict resolution in Mukono last week that the association was designing a website that would link all districts.
