HAJJI Haruna Ssemakula has told court that the Police mishandled his case, when they preferred charges of trespass against him.
Ssemakula said he was the complainant but the Police turned him to be the accused.
“I reported Middle North Agencies Ltd, for trespass under case number-SD52. Middle North later reported under case number- SD53. I accused them first. The Police then photocopied my complaint and put it in Middle North file to prefer charges against me,†he recently told Nakawa Grade One Magistrate J. Byarugabha.
Ssemakula, owner of General Parts, is fighting ownership of plot M459 Makubuya Road, Nakawa with Middle North.
