FORMER Kenyan captain Tom Tikolo arrives in the country today to start his contract with the Uganda Cricket Association (UCA). The Kenya-based Tikolo will start his work as national development manager and head-coach for the national teams including the U-19 squad currently preparing for the 2004 World Cup slated for Bangladesh in February.

He made the offer while launching the clinic, for the 7-15 years, whose registration starts this weekend. He called upon parents and wellwishers to develop football in the country.
