FORMER Mbarara LC5 chairperson Justine Sabiti has been ordered to vacate a house where he has been staying in Ruharo, Mbarara.
The house belongs to his niece, Dora Grace Sabiti, a resident of Boston, USA.
“I, Dora Grace Sabiti, authorise Vincent Bazaare, advocate, with the power of attorney to act as deemed necessary to clear my home, Kihumuro in Ruharo at Kashari, Block 2, Plot 332, no later than November 15, 2003,†read in part the order from Impala General Auctioneers and Court Bailiffs.
The Court Bailiff gave him a four-day notice recently.
When contacted, Sabiti, who is also chairperson of the district land tribunal, denied any knowledge of such notice.
