GRADUATES should create their own jobs instead of wasting time looking for jobs, Akright’s managing director Anatoli Kamugisha has advised.

Speaking during the New Year national prayers at Namboole Stadium, Kamugisha said the best way to create jobs is to identify society’s problems and needs. The theme of the prayers was: “Transforming you from being a job-seeker to a job-maker.”

“By providing solutions to society’s problems and needs, you will easily have a job. Just believe, begin and become,” he said.

Kamugisha said a person does not need to have a lot of money to start a business. “I also started with a meagre capital and later set up estates slowly,” he said.
