“I cannot believe this, this is a tribute to my parents who passed away when I was young,” these were the words of a joyful Tony Waswa.

Waswa who scored 18 aggregates was Bethany High School’s second best student. “I had gone to buy chapati for lunch when the headmaster broke the news to me. I was so excited that I left the whole sh5,000 with the chapati seller,” Waswa remarks, failing to hide his excitement.
Waswa was always among the best students at school where he was offered a bursary for his O’level.

He attributes his success to the fact that he wants his parents to be happy wherever they are in the next world.

Waswa wants to do Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Entrepreneurship at A’level so that he can achieve his dream of becoming a civil engineer.
