FOUR men have been arrested in connection with ambushing and the robbery of household property belonging to Kitgum Woman MP, Beatrice Anywar.
The thugs reportedly blocked the road near Anywar’s home at the Akright estates in Bwebajja off Entebbe Road.
The MP was returning from the Forum for Democratic Change national delegates’ conference last week.
“The security at the estates is so loose these days. As I was driving home at around 8:30pm on Thursday, I found a roadblock put up by thugs. I had to stop for almost 30 minutes and call in the Police to rescue me,†Anywar said yesterday.
