Doctors shun Bushenyi
BUSHENYI-The district has failed to recruit health workers to fill the vacant posts in the health department, the district chairman, Longino Ndyanabo, has said. He said some health centres were not operational due to lack of manpower despite the available jobs being advertised. Longino was presenting a report to the district council during a meeting in the council hall recently.

Germans to support school
KASESE-The families of elderly Christians in Germany have pledged to continue supporting infrastructure development and academic programmes at Holy Dove Vocational Secondary School in the district. This was revealed recently by the education secretary of the Diocese of Kasese, the Rev. Fr. Modesto Kasenyangwe.
