Government is to spend sh8bn in constructing the new Shimoni Core Primary Teachers’ College.
The school, which was shifted from its former location in Kampala to create space for the construction of a five-star hotel, is being built on a 24 acre piece of land located in Kiti Kifumba village in Kiira town council, Wakiso.
“The school will have over 2,000 teachers,†explained Geoffrey Ssegawa the site engineer.
