IS tycoon Hajji Habib Kagimu buying South African fast food franchise, Steers? There is unconfirmed talk that Kagimu, the patron of Proline Soccer Academy, which is run by former KCC FC striker, Majib Kasule, is currently in talks with Nafha Maani Ebrahimi, the Iranian businesswoman who currently runs the franchise.

No word yet on how much money is involved or whether and when the deal is going down but snoops insist talks are in advanced stages. Kagimu’s Habib Investments ltd has a 30% stake in Tamoil East Africa who own the oil pipeline.

He also has interests in Oil Libya. We hear he also recently bought Akamwesi Apartments in Nakawa and TelChoice, the utl airtime dealership from city businessman Bob Kabonero.
