I travelled all the way from Masaka to Colline Hotel where the workshop took place on June 5. I went as a farmer to hear the views about a report I had submitted in a previous workshop.
Many people turned up and registered for the workshop only to be disappointed by a certain official. He denied us entry and later we learnt he had to cut down the number of those who turned up so as to save some money he would have spent as transport refund! It is a shame that this officer has tarnished the APPRM image.
Some of us were even not even interested in the money but had come to express our views and share the response.
