While driving, talking on a mobile phone is foolish and texting or reading text messages is stupid.

Holding an infant while driving borders on idiocy!
The latter is what I saw on Saturday, August 8 at 10:00am on the Nakawa-Ntinda road near Crest Foam factory.
A man driving a Range Rover bearing personalised registration plates was holding an infant with one arm! There is absolutely no excuse for anyone to do such a silly thing.
That was dangerous to the road users, to the people in the vehicle and above all to the infant who depended on the intelligence of the driver. Shame!
