Trinity Academy put up a wonderful concert about fighting child sacrifice in the country. The concert was held at the school in Bukoto. Children presented poems and told stories urging parents and teachers to unite and fight the bad practice. They also presented creative dances, traditional folk songs and plays.

“We need to fight child sacrifice. Innocent children die at the hands of witchdoctors. Children are sacrificed and their bodies buried in houses,” Natasha Tumusiime, P.7 said.

The four houses, Lions, Tigers, Elephants and Zebras participated in the concert.

The headmaster of the school, Arthur Kalembera, said extra-curricular activities are necessary for a child’s growth.
