Prison cells congested
KASESE - The Busongora South MP, Christopher Kyibanzanga, has said prison cells are congested. “A cell meant for 10 suspects accommodates over 100 with one bucket for easing themselves. Even a pig cannot stay in such place,” Kyibanzanga said. Whether one is a prisoner or not, he still has human rights, he said. The MP was opening a human rights workshop at the Catholic Social Services Hall.
