Suspect re-arrested
LUWERO-The police have re-arrested one of the 10 prisoners who escaped from Butuntumula Prison last Wednesday. Edward Semanda, a suspected bicycle thief, was on Friday re-arrested after he was found loitering in Kikyusa town, Bamunanika county. The other nine are still on the run.

Civilians banned from hospital
LUWEERO-Military authorities have stopped civilians from using the military hospital at Bombo in an impromptu move that has angered the residents. Many civilians from Luweero, Nakasongola and Nakaseke, who use the referral hospital were last Week shocked when they were stopped at the gate. The Bombo chief of staff, Brig. Charles Angina, explained that the army had been forced to make the move due to the limited supply of drugs. A meeting was held on Friday during which the army agreed to continue receiving emergence cases only.
